We understand that sometimes your plans may change, and you may need to cancel or modify your travel arrangements. At USA Business Travel And Marketing Services, we strive to provide our customers with as much information as possible about their travel reservations, including any fees or penalties that may apply in the event of a cancellation or modification. This refund policy outlines our procedures for cancellations, refunds, and modifications. We recommend that our customers consider purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may require cancellation or modification of their travel plans.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Most of the reservations are Non-Refundable and Non-Changeable. If you need to cancel your booking, you must contact our customer support team at support@usbtravel.com. The cancellation policy may vary depending on the airline, hotel, car rental agency, or other travel providers.

We understand that travel plans can change. To provide flexibility and peace of mind, we offer the following cancellation and refund policy for flights and vacation package bookings:

  • 24-Hour Risk-Free Cancellation We offer a full refund for eligible bookings cancelled within 24 hours of payment, provided that:
  • The scheduled departure is at least 7 days (168 hours) away from the time of booking.
  • The booking is made through our website or customer service team.
  • The fare rules of the airline or travel provider allow for cancellation.

 

Airline Fare Rules & Conditions

  • Beyond the 24-hour window, cancellations and refunds are subject to the airline’s specific fare rules, which may vary based on:
  • Fare type (refundable in the form or Credit with the Airlines or refund with some Cancellation fee)
  • Some fares may be non-refundable or may carry penalties for cancellation or changes.
  • In certain cases, airlines may offer travel credits or future flight vouchers instead of refunds.

 

Schedule Changes or Airline-Initiated Cancellations

If your flight is rescheduled or cancelled by the airline due to operational reasons, weather, or other factors beyond your control, you may be eligible for a full refund or a free rebooking option, depending on the airline’s policy.

In such cases:

  • You are entitled to a full refund if the new schedule does not work for you.
  • Alternatively, we can assist in rescheduling your flight at no additional cost (subject to availability and airline terms).
  • If you booked a vacation package, we will work with all providers involved (airline, hotel, car rental) to offer a flexible resolution, which may include a refund or credit for future travel.
  • We are committed to assisting you in the event of airline-initiated disruptions and will act promptly to help you rebook or request a refund on your behalf.
  • Please contact our customer service team immediately if you receive a schedule change or cancellation notice from the airline.

 

Vacation Packages

  • For vacation packages (flights + hotels or car rentals), the cancellation terms are governed by:
  • The individual cancellation policies of each service provider (airlines, hotels, car rental agencies).
  • Package-specific terms mentioned during checkout.

We will inform you of any applicable cancellation fees(In exceptional cases where reservations are Refundable with or without Penalty) and refund policies when you make your booking. Please note that some bookings may be non-refundable, and we will notify you of this at the time of booking.

 

Hotel Booking’s Cancellation Policy

Hotel cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the property and the rate type selected at the time of booking. Generally, most hotels offer a free cancellation period—a deadline by which you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund. This period is typically mentioned clearly during the booking process. However, some rates may be marked as non-refundable, meaning no refund is guaranteed if you choose to cancel. In rare cases, even for non-refundable bookings, the hotel may allow cancellations with a penalty fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We recommend reviewing the specific cancellation terms associated with your selected hotel and room type before confirming your reservation.

 

Modification Policy:

In general, most airlines allow for changes to be made to your flight, but they may require payment of a change fee(Mostly not applicable in Domestic Flight Bookings in Economy) (Varies from 200-600 USD) and any fare difference. Some airlines may also have restrictions on the number of changes that can be made, the time frame in which changes can be made, and the types of changes that are allowed. Please Note all Basic economy Tickets are non-changeable.

If you need to modify your booking, you must contact our customer support team at support@usbtravel.com. The modification policy may vary depending on the airline, hotel, car rental agency, or other travel providers. We will inform you of any applicable modification fees and refund policies when you make your booking.

 

Refund Policy:

Most of the reservations are Non-Refundable and Non-Changeable but on any exception cases, If you are eligible for a refund according to the cancellation or modification policy of the travel provider/Airline, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking, and the refund amount may be subject to fees and penalties imposed by the travel provider. We will inform you of any applicable fees and penalties before processing your refund. Please note that it may take between 15-45 Days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer and airlines/supplier.

 

Exceptions:

Some travel bookings may be non-refundable, and we will notify you of this at the time of booking. In some cases, the travel provider may offer a credit or voucher instead of a refund, and we will inform you of this option. If you miss your flight or fail to show up for your booking, you may not be eligible for a refund or Changes.
